Selling price

The selling price of each item is shown tax-inclusive on the purchase screen. The principal goods sold on the Service are in-service points.

• 500 JPY: 500 pt
• 1,000 JPY: 1,000 pt
• 2,900 JPY: 3,000 pt (+ 150 pt bonus)
• 4,900 JPY: 5,000 pt (+ 500 pt bonus)
• 9,900 JPY: 10,000 pt (+ 2,000 pt bonus)

Conditions of use of points

Points may be used for chat and other functions we designate on the Service. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to a third party, or refunded except as required by law.

The consumption rate per point differs by AI model and function. See the in-service model selection screen and related displays.

Point expiry

Purchased points expire 180 days after the purchase date (the date the purchase procedure is completed). Bonus points granted through campaigns or similar expire after the separately displayed period from the grant date. Points are consumed in order of earliest expiry.

Charges other than the purchase price

The Service is digital content, so there is no shipping fee. Internet access and communication charges are borne by the customer.

後払い（コンビニ／銀行ATM）

後払い（コンビニ / 銀行ATM）は注文確定の翌日にメールとSMSにて請求をご案内します。

お支払い方法は、コンビニ端末と銀行ATM(Pay-easy)からお選びいただけます。

お支払い期限日は、請求が届いた日から10日後です。

お支払いには後払い手数料がかかります。

ご利用者が未成年の場合、法定代理人の利用同意を得てご利用ください。

atone 翌月払い（コンビニ／口座振替）

atone (アトネ) は毎月請求が確定した金額をまとめ、翌月にメールまたはSMSにて請求をご案内します。

お支払い方法・期限日は以下の通りです。

• コンビニ端末 / 銀行ATM(Pay-easy)：翌月10日
• 電子バーコード：翌月10日
• はがき請求書：翌月20日
• 口座振替：翌月27日

お支払い方法の初期設定はコンビニ端末/銀行ATM(Pay-easy) です。

ご利用月のみ請求手数料が発生いたします。

Time of payment

Credit cards are charged immediately when the purchase is completed. atone deferred payment (next-month and pay-as-you-go) follows atone’s rules; you pay at a convenience store or similar after invoicing. Credit-card billing dates follow the card issuer’s schedule.

Time of delivery

Points are credited to your account on the Service immediately after payment is completed.

Returns and cancellation terms

Due to the nature of digital content, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for your convenience after purchase is completed. There is no statutory cooling-off period for this type of distance sale.

We will take appropriate action in accordance with law and our Terms of Service in the following cases:

• the goods were not delivered due to a cause attributable to us;
• a payment error such as a duplicate charge occurred; and
• any other case required by law.

Operating environment

We recommend the latest versions of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Mozilla Firefox. The Service may not work correctly in some environments.

Notices on use

The Service is for persons aged 18 or over. Registration and purchase by persons under 18 are strictly prohibited.
